The location is excellent and perfect, 1 km from Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The staff are helpful and excellent and the room is bright with double bed.

The rooms were decent size and bright kept by the outstandingly accommodating staff. A wide array of facilities like: central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. Excellent and unbeatable location to Museo Sorolla.

All the rooms are reasonably spacious and fashionable with comfortable beds and the staff are very very nice!

I booked a well-kept and decent sized room overlooking city. The staff were really helpful and excellent and the atmosphere was quiet. The location of the hotel was magnificent and absolutely perfect, to "Airport T4 ".

We where there for 2 days, everything was good, enjoyed its marvellous location short walk to Colombia metro station, which is a direct line from/to airport, Santiago Bernabeu, and public transport, caffès, shops and restaurants. The stuff was good, helped with every request.

For a very early morning flight, this hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. It is also situated near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Although it is quite away from the city center, it is near the Bernabeu stadium. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was very weak, which was a bit disappointing.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the IFEMA, the Santiago Bernabeu, and the airport for a very early morning flight. The room I got was well-kept with adjustable AC, bathroom, for example. The place had a quiet atmosphere...

I came here for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The venue was perfectly fine, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was unbeatable right by several eateries. Accommodating and amiable stuff, provided information if needed.
